Based on the work of Moshe Feldenkrais, this class uses verbally guided movement sequences influenced by physics, martial arts, yoga, and developmental research to help you re-discover your body's potential. Through slowing down and paying close attention you will identify unconscious movement habits that may be interfering with your ability to experience optimum grace and efficiency. This class is perfect for people of all ages and is excellent for injury prevention and recovery.
