Whether you need to entertain 300 guests with a high-end sound system, host a sit-down wedding for 150, or meet with 20 colleagues in a quiet meditative space, Springstep has a variety of spaces to suit your event.

• Hawkins Hall - Approx. 3,000 sq. feet (60’ x 40’)
• The Orange/Medium Studio - Approx. 1,200 sq. feet (40’ x 30’)
• The Gray/Small Studio - Approx. 375 sq. feet (25’ x 15’)

Our facility can be rented in its entirety or studios may be rented individually. Rental fees include the use of our chairs, tables (various sizes - see Inventory List below), full sound systems, microphones, AV equipment, pianos (one baby grand & one upright), and our well-equipped kitchens (high end, stainless steel appliances).

Pricing
Pricing varies by type of event, day of the week, and studios used.  Saturday weddings are $3800 for an 8 hour rental (price includes use of all 3 studios, 2 kitchens, our tables, chairs, pianos, and any AV needs).  Pricing for individual studios on other days of the week, and for other types of events, varies.  Please contact us for an accurate quote.

Important Note
To rent our facility, you must be a member of Springstep at the Friend ($100) level or above. This is a fully tax-deductible contribution and also gives you 10% off all classes, free passes to dances and drop-in classes, waived processing fees for classes, and much more. It also supports Springstep as a nonprofit organization. (Thank you!)

Availability
Springstep’s occasional private rentals are scheduled when our normal programming is not in session. Revenues from our private rentals are used to supplement those generated by our mission-oriented programs, thus helping us to offer the terrific range of classes, Performance Series programs, and affiliate events that are at the core of what we do.
